Tyche Institute · URI Registry
URI registry — uri.eatf.eu
This registry declares and describes Uniform Resource Identifiers minted under the
radix https://uri.eatf.eu/. The namespace is operated by
Tyche Institute (Estonian non-profit research association,
registry code 80673227, Tallinn, Estonia) for identifiers used in its research
profiles and reference implementations.
URIs for trust-service use are published here in accordance with ETSI TS 119 612 V2.4.1: clause 5.5.1.0, value (d) permits a service type identifier to be “any other URI value registered and described by the scheme operator or another entity”, and Annex D.3 (Scheme registered URIs) provides that any organization operating a scheme may create its own URIs for its own specific purposes. This page and the pages it links to constitute that registration and description.

Status of this namespace
Tyche Institute has additionally requested the assignment of a
registered URI root under the ETSI Identified Organization Domain via the
ETSI Protocol Naming and Numbering Service (PNNS), as foreseen by ETSI TS 119 612
clause 5.5.1.0 (NOTE) and Annex D.3. Should such a root be assigned, identifiers may
additionally be published under it; this registry remains authoritative for the
uri.eatf.eu radix.
Scope and legal effect
The identifiers in this registry are published for research and interoperability experimentation. They are not trust service types defined in Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, they do not appear in any EU Member State trusted list, and their use confers no legal effect and no “qualified” status of any kind. Tyche Institute is a research association: it publishes specifications, mappings and reference implementations; it does not provide trust services.
